Forbus, 26, for one felony count of theft by taking. James Arthur Rhome, 45, for simple battery and cruelty to children. Jimmy Carter Hubbard, 26, for simple battery (family violence). Deonta Antwon Clark, 22, for driving with an expired tag, driving with a suspended license and driving with defective equipment. Johnathan Michael Hobby, 17, for simple battery (family violence). Stephen Nicholas Gordy, 23, for failure to appear in court. Cyrus Wayne Dunn, 62, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
