Deli Delicious ready to serve busy lunch crowd (and any other time of the week)

A steady crowd is a common sight at lunch time each weekday at Deli Delicious, an eatery in the Braelinn Village shopping center in Peachtree City offering a wide variety of food choices.

"We have always thought it would be good to establish a place that served fresh, homemade, quality food at a reasonable price and in a pleasant and clean environment," according to Deli Delicious owners Lorraine and Andy Stasko, who call their establishment "a small, independent, family-owned business."

While they do not consider their restaurant a "fast-food" establishment, Deli Delicious takes special care to serve its customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. This was evident on a recent weekday visit as a large number of lunch diners were served in a 30-minute span even though it was obvious that many of them got their food to go, since there is a relatively small seating area compared to other restaurants in the area.

As the name might suggest, the menu contains a number of tasty sandwich choices, both hot and cold, along with salads, soups and even traditional "home cooking" meat-and-vegetable combos. House specialities include pastas, Reuben sandwiches, cheese steaks, and "homemade-fresh" soups and salads.

"Much of our menu comes from personal and family recipes," the owners said. "We've tried to create a variety so that there would hopefully be something that appeals to everyone."

A typical lunch consisting of a sandwich, chips and drink costs around $7. Deli Delicious accepts credit cards.

As mentioned, takeout orders are available for anything on the menu. Delivery is offered on orders of $25 or more.

Deli Delicious also offers catering and will provide food for your next party if you so desire. For more information, stop by or call 770-631-DELI.
