P&Z Commission to consider plans for Kroger renovations, Wal-Mart expansion The agenda for the May meeting of the Fayetteville Planning and Zoning Commission includes the following: A variance request for Sandra Lunsford of 100 Kaylee Court concerning fence requirements for front yards on corner lots. A rezoning request from C-3 to C-4 for phases I and II of Fayette Pavilion for a proposed expansion of Wal-Mart. Development plans for the Wal-Mart expansion. Annexation and rezoning requests for 53.17 acres of the proposed southside master plan currently under review by the Atlanta Regional Commission. The site, to be named Summit Point, would be work-live development with multiple uses along Ga. highways 85 and 92. Elevations for a proposed renovation of the front exterior of the Kroger store in Banks Crossing shopping center. A special exception request and development plans for Mr. Transmission on North Glynn Street, behind Merlin Muffler and adjacent to the new Rain Forest car wash. A preliminary plat for phases 3-5 of Argonne Forest subdivision between Ga. Highway 314 and New Hope Road. Development plans for Richard Harp's property at 205 Industrial Way for the proposed expansion of a metal car port to park trucks on the property. A special called meeting is scheduled for Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. just before the regular monthly work session to consider the proposed Redevelopment Zoning District amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and a specific rezoning request under that new district the Jeff Davis Apartments.
