Conceptual site plans for two restaurants at the new Lexington Circle retail/office development on Ga. Highway 54 East will be considered by the Peachtree City Planning Commission at its regular meeting Monday night.

Planners will review details and designs for the Buckhead Brewery and Bruster's Ice Cream, both of which will be located at Lexington Circle.

The commission will also consider a concept plan for Southern Community Bank, located at the intersection of Aberdeen Parkway and Hwy. 74. Another agenda item is the landscape plan for the Peachtree City Water and Sewer Authority's administration building on Ga. Highway 74 South near the Rockaway sewer treatment plant.

The commission meets at City Hall at 6 p.m.
