Wednesday, May 8, 2002 Jones realtors recognized Six sales agents from Tim Jones Realty were recognized as members of the Metro South Association of Realtors' 2001 Million Dollar Club. The association's Million Dollar Banquet was held in March at the International Convention Center in College Park. The theme of the event was "Celebrating the American Dream 2002." Tim Jones Realty's Million Dollar Club members, the communities they represent, and their 2001 sales totals are as follows: Brenda Cash, City Square in McDonough, over $6 million in sales, Active Life Member; Marty MacGillivary, Stagecoach Village in the Rex/Ellenwood area, over $4 million;. Donna Matthews, The Glen at Eagle1s Landing in Henry County, over $4 million, Active Life Member; Yvonne Motley, Ivy Place in Hampton, over $2 million; Alysa Papson, Lakeside at Wyngate in Stockbridge, over $3 million; and Stephanie Price, The Enclave at Wyngate in Stockbridge, over $2 million, Active Life Member. Tim Jones Realty, the in-house sales and marketing arm of Tim Jones Communities, also announced that Liz Brady has joined the company. She has been assigned to City Square. Tim Jones Communities is a 22-year-old organization which is currently the leading builder in the Clayton/Henry area of Metro South. The company is now building at a pace of over 300 new homes a year. The owner and president is Tim Jones, who has been involved in building since he was 19 years old and was the 1998-199 president of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and is also a past president of the Metro South Home Builders Association.
