Wednesday, May 8, 2002 Silverstone building in Clayton Brayson Homes, a company currently celebrating its silver anniversary, is entering the Clayton County market with the opening of Silverstone, an 80-home community on Hwy. 19-41 (Tara Boulevard). Pre-Grand Opening prices are underway in the community, which has home prices beginning in the $130,000s. Brayson Homes is observing its 25th year in business by introducing its Silver Anniversary Series of Homes in Silverstone. Located off Tara Boulevard between Mundy's Mill Road and Old Poston Road, Silverstone is a short distance south of the Clayton County Justice Complex. Ranch, two-story and split floor plans are available in Silverstone, and the home exteriors are of low maintenance brick and vinyl. The community has sidewalks, streetlights and underground utilities, and there are some larger lots. The homesites include many which are wooded in the back, and basement lots are available.
