Wednesday, May 8, 2002 Two homes available in Graeagle The second home is nearing completion in Graeagle Estates, an exclusive gated community off Georgia Hwy. 27/41 in Meriwether County, giving the development two homes available for purchase. T. G. Adams Construction Co. Inc. built the initial home in Graeagle Estates, a Stephen Fuller plan containing approximately 4,000 sq. ft. and priced at $495,000. The second home is being constructed by Michael Brookings, a Pine Mountain builder. Located halfway between Greenville and Warm Springs, Graeagle Estates is only one mile from the airport in Warm Springs. Graeagle Estates has lighted streets and is served by underground utilities and a private water system. Yard maintenance and domestic services will be available for residents.
