Two homes available in Graeagle

The second home is nearing completion in Graeagle Estates, an exclusive gated community off Georgia Hwy. 27/41 in Meriwether County, giving the development two homes available for purchase.

T. G. Adams Construction Co. Inc. built the initial home in Graeagle Estates, a Stephen Fuller plan containing approximately 4,000 sq. ft. and priced at $495,000. The second home is being constructed by Michael Brookings, a Pine Mountain builder.

Located halfway between Greenville and Warm Springs, Graeagle Estates is only one mile from the airport in Warm Springs.

The community, which is being developed by Labrah Associates, has 35 one to three-acre wooded and lakefront homesites. Some of the homes in Graeagle Estates will feature European designs with stucco exteriors, and others will have traditional brick exteriors.

The community will have a neighborhood association and an impressive list of amenities, including walking paths, a covered bridge, and a scenic area featuring a fountain. The 33-acre Graeagle Lake has a gazebo plus a boat dock and launch area in Turtle Cove. Plans call for Honker Bay to serve as the mooring site for the Graeagle party barge, and Tiki Lagoon providing an area for recreational functions. The property's country setting, which is abundant with mature hardwoods, is an ideal setting for wildlife.

Graeagle Estates has lighted streets and is served by underground utilities and a private water system. Yard maintenance and domestic services will be available for residents.

"A trip to Graeagle Estates would make a really nice Sunday drive," said Giles. "Just let me know when you're coming, and I'll make sure the gates are open."
