Wednesday, May 8, 2002 New faces in new places in local real estate Sonya A. Baker is a new sales associate with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Mrs. Baker, who has lived in McDonough for 12 years, is a graduate of Morrow Senior High School. Married to Larry Baker, she has one son, Zachery, 8, who plays Little League with the 7-8 Reds and attends karate sessions at Eagle Family Karate; and one daughter, Chloe, 2. Mrs. Baker attends Salem Baptist Church. Jim Dominey started with Mortgage Matters, Inc., the first of March and continues to service the counties around Fayetteville, Griffin, and Hampton. He and his wife reside in the Hampton area with their four children. As a graduate of Capstone Institute, Dominey has the knowledge and ability to service his area with every type of mortgage need. Phillip Fountain is a new agent with the Griffin/Spalding County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A Monroe County resident, Fountain attended Macon State College and has taken continuing education courses. His outside interests include golf. Jerry Hallford is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Hallford, who has been in real estate for two years, has a B.S. degree in geology from Oklahoma State University and was a computer consultant for 30 years. A Stockbridge resident, he has one daughter, Melissa, and three grandchildren, Austin, 10, Coltin, 6, and Chris, 2. He is a member of Lake Spivey Golf Club. Evelyn Olagundoye is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. A Henry County resident, she is a graduate of the MLS Training School in Tucker. She has a B.A. degree in sociology/psychological studies, a diploma in computer science, and holds the MCSE and MCP designations. Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty has a new husband-and-wife team, Edward and Deborah Ray, who have joined the company1s Peachtree City/Fayette County team as sales associates. Ed Ray is a graduate of Purdue University, and he was with Trans World Airlines for 32 years, serving a number of years as a captain and in management. Deborah Ray, who attended college in Florida, was a flight attendant with TWA for 22 years. The Rays, who live in Senoia, have one son, Paul, 21, and one daughter, Laura, 16. They are members of Braelinn Baptist Church. Marguree Threatt is a new agent with the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Mrs. Threatt, who received her real estate training through Clayton College & State University, has previous business experience in the mortgage field with Bank of America. A Fayette County resident, she is maried to Jimmy Threatt. She has two children, Azariah Bryant, 12, and Kenan Threatt, 9. Jim Williams has been with Mortgage Matters, Inc. for approximately six months. He is no stranger to the industry, since his background consists of home building and real estate sales. Jim and his wife Carole live in the Tyrone area and continue to work for the local realtors with different projects.
