Avery Park amenities drive home sales

While much of Avery Park is modeled after historic Newnan, there's nothing historic about the communities amenity package.

Peggy Sullivan, Pathway Communities vice president of marketing, believes the combination of turn-of-the-century architecture and a top-notch amenity program has been the key to Avery Park's success.

"At Avery Park, we put a heavy emphasis on amenities," said Sullivan. "We are finding home buyers are choosing Avery Park primarily because of its vast selection of amenities."

Avery Park's amenities include a swim and tennis complex, a community clubhouse, basketball and volleyball, a fishing pond, miles of walking trails and pedestrian paths, over 100 acres of open space and green belts, and variety of tot lots and neighborhood playgrounds.

"Avery Park's amenities are not limited to the great outdoors," said Sullivan. "All homes come equipped with the latest in technology including structured wiring, the potential for ultra-fast Internet access and an exclusive community Intranet built specially for the residents of Avery Park."

Avery Park's uniqueness spans more than amenities and technology. The community has 13 of the area's best builders with eight different model homes which showcase the variety of home style and price ranges available at Avery Park. Architecture at Avery Park ranges from traditional to turn-of-the-century to custom, with prices ranging from the $120s to over $300,000.

Avery Park is located on Highway 29 in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11-5 and Sundays 1-5. For more information, visit www.averypark.com or call 770-252-9100.
