Thomas Walton Hale, 32, for prowling. Willie Frank Hayes, 27, for one felony count of violation of probation. Gary Gardner, 38, for violation of probation. Michael Dempsey Crawford, 44, for violation of probation. Tommy Ingram, 49, for violation of probation. Jonny Eugene White, 29, for abandonment of a minor child. Andrew Scott Ouzts, 26, for violation of license restrictions and failure to wear a seat belt. Christopher Todd Cruzan, 23, for DUI, striking a fixed object and driving too fast for conditions. Victor Perez Gomez, 21, for driving without a license, driving without proof of insurance, concealing the identity of a vehicle and driving a vehicle illegally modified with lue lights.
