The following arrests were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department for the past week:
Joseph Clay, 43, for three counts of credit card fraud, three counts of forgery and one count each of giving false information to a police officer, possession of an open container of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and theft by deception. William Ashmore, 23, for two counts of failure to appear in court. Reginald E. Ross, 43, for forgery in the first degree. Jason R. Lowry, 24, for violation of probation. Edwin L. Swanner, 20, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act and failure to wear a seat belt. Brandon T. Findley, 23, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act and failure to wear a seat belt. Wilma Davis, 51, for violation of probation. William Henry Gaspard, 19, for failure to maintain lane and driving with a suspended license. Edward Leander Jennings, 31, for forgery in the first degree. Troy Ike Fitzgerald, 25, for prowling. Theron Orlandis Bennton, 35, for driving with a suspended license, fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer, driving with an improper tag and driving without insurance. Thomas Phillip Gower, 22, for violation of the Georgia controlled substances act. Melissa Lorin Hendley, 17, for theft by shoplifting. Michael Glenn Shuler, 44, for two counts of deposit account fraud. Gregory Andrew Padgett, 19, for violation of probation. Caridad Tressa Gonzalez, 37, for violation of probation. Kenneth McCullom, 48, for violation of probation. Jeffrey Scott Price Jr., 21, for violation of probation. Stephen Labron Orr, 35, for violation of probation. Mercedes Palma, 58, for simple battery. Darrell Eugene Watts, 32, for theft by conversion. Bobby Dean Richey, 33, for violation of probation. Dwayne Booth, 34, for enticing a child for indecent purposes and solicitation of sodomy. Link Kirkland, 30, for failure to appear in court. Stanley Hardaway, 47, for possession of marijuana (less than one ounce). Melony Kay Samuels, 39, for driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign. Christopher Thomas Brown, 18, for underage possession of alcohol. Michael Andrew Black, 18, for underage possession of alcohol. Joshua Caine Spence, 18, for underage possession of alcohol, driving without proof of insurance and speeding. Larry Donnell Timberlake, 44, for driving with a suspended license and failure to stop at a stop sign. Jerel Clair, 30, for driving without insurance and failure to wear a seat belt.
