A $1,000 reward is being offered to help police solve a rash of items stolen from automobiles in the Kedron Village area last week.

According to reports from the Peachtree City Police Department, suspects entered vehicles at 10 different residences, getting away with several cell phones, a purse and even a laptop computer. The thefts were reported in the early morning hours of April 16.

Some of the automobiles were left unlocked, according to the reports.

The reward is contingent on information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible, according to police.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the department's Criminal Investigations Division at 770-631-2510. Callers may remain anonymous.
