Baseball season opens Sat. Fulton County District 7 Commissioner William "Bill" Edwards hosts the start of the Welcome All Park Athletic Association's baseball season and the grand opening of the new concession building Saturday at 4 p.m. Commissioner Edwards will help introduce the teams in the association's leagues. The concession stand, located at the South Fulton Community Center, will provide a place where fans can purchase refreshments during games. All Fulton County residents are invited to attend the ceremonies and the first games of 2002. Welcome All Park is at 4255 Will Lee Road in College Park.
