Lake View homes for sale in Union City

The pre-Grand Opening sales effort has opened at Lake View, a cluster homes neighborhood which is the first phase of Brayson Homes1 new community on Highpoint Road, which runs off Hwy. 29 in Union City.

Brayson Homes, a building/development company celebrating its Silver Anniversary, is currently building the same type of cluster homes in The Gates at Bouldercrest in South DeKalb County, and sales at that location have been very strong.

Lake View will have approximately 74 cluster homes with prices from $107,400 to $125,400 in its first phase. Both ranch and two-story designs are being offered, and there are four decorated model homes.

The exterior of the cluster homes in Lake View will be of durable and long-lasting Hardiplank, and these homes will contain a long list of special features, including a package of energy-savings items.

The community, which has sidewalks and streetlights, is located a short drive from Hartsfield Airport, and it is convenient to I-85, I 285 and South Fulton Parkway.

More information about Lake View can be obtained by calling Andrea Davis, the home builder1s on-site sales agent in the community, at 770-774-7233.

The second phase of the community, which has a small lake and will be known as Lake Overlook, will have 45 single family detached homes.

Gwinnett-based Brayson Homes, which was founded in 1977, has produced over 6,000 new homes. The company is active in Gwinnett, DeKalb, Cobb, South Fulton and Coweta County markets and will soon be building in Clayton, Henry, Newton, Douglas and Paulding counties.

Brayson Homes is one of only a few of the 13,000 builders in the more than 20-year history of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program to receive the prestigious Diamond Builder award for quality construction and customer service.

The company has earned awards in the prestigious Professionalism Competition sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales & Marketing Council.
