Wednesday, April 10, 2002 Deer Creek in grand opening phase Deer Creek, a 44-home community in the city limits of Union City, was recently the scene of an Agents Luncheon, and the community is now in its Grand Opening phase. The builder in Deer Creek, Brayson Homes, is a well-known Atlanta area firm which is presently observing its Silver Anniversary. Located on Lower Dixie Lake Rd., which runs off Hwy. 29 (Roosevelt Highway), Deer Creek is a sidewalk and streetlight community with homes priced from the $120,000s to the $150,000s. Most of the homes will be ranch designs, including two with basements, but split foyer plans will also be available. There have already been five new homes sales in the community.
