Centennial now open

John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods has announced that onsite sales are now open in Centennial, located off Ga. Highway 54 and MacDuff Parkway in the heart of Peachtree City just west of Ga. Highway 74. Centennial will feature single-family homes and townhomes featuring classic architecture designed for traditional family living. Home prices begin in the high $100's and range to the $300's.

Designed as a "new American neighborhood" and reminiscent of the small towns of yesteryear, Centennial will boast 350 homesites with rolling hills, wooded green spaces, community parks and welcoming front porches situated on sidewalk-lined streets. Traditional architecture offers timeless charm with innovative yet livable interiors.

All homes at Centennial will be protected by the Wieland 5 Year-20 Year Warranty, the most comprehensive warranty in the homebuilding industry. The Centennial Club will be the focal point for neighborhood activity, offering recreation for every age and interest in a hometown atmosphere. Plans for the club include a neighborhood clubhouse with fitness center, swimming and wading pools, a waterslide, lighted tennis courts, a children's playground and a multipurpose court.

Centennial provides convenient access to every convenience, by cart path if desired, including excellent schools, great shopping and fine dining. Downtown Atlanta and the airport are easily accessible. The sales center is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 6 p.m. For more information, contact Neighborhood Sales Manager Ruth Barnes at 770-632-9290 or visit www.jwhomes.com.
