New faces in new places

Kimyada Y. Bush is a new sales associate at the Peachtree City/Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

She has been in real estate sales for three months and previously worked in property management since 1998.

A Peachtree City resident, she is married to Marlon Bush and has a child, Najee, 6.

She is a Fayette Samaritan volunteer, a member of World Changers Church Int., and a member of the Business Network.

Steven Butler is now affiliated with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Butler, who has been in real estate since last fall, is a member of The Penny Henderson Team which recently joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. He holds a B.S. degree in economics from the State University of West Georgia.

He is married to Janelle Butler and is a member of Pinecrest Baptist Church.

Trisha Cantrell has joined Arbor Springs Plantation in Newnan, Georgia as a sales agent. Trisha and her family have resided in the area for nine years and she has been practicing real estate full time for the past four years. She has experience in new home sales and resales in the Coweta & Fayette County area. Trisha is a member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of Realtors and participates in the Homebuilders Association of Midwest Georgia. Trisha is dedicated to helping her clients in custom home construction. Trisha has traveled extensively and lived in Europe for two years. Her hobbies include boating and photography.

Vickie Hunt is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

In real estate for one year, she received her training through the MLS Institute. She has been a Metro Brokers Superstar and has been a member of the board for the Metro South Association of Realtors. She is a member of the marketing team in King Forest.

Hunt is a Henry County resident, and she holds an associate degree in business administration from Clayton College & State University. She is married to Jim Hunt, and they have two sons, Justin, 17, and Brian, 14.

She is an officer of the Eagle's Landing High School ROTC Booster Club.

Jesse Koorse is a new agent with the McDonough/Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Koorse, who holds a B.B.A. in economics from the University of Georgia, received his real estate training from Barney Fletcher Enterprises. He has eight years of professional experience.

A Henry County resident, he is engaged to Shana Davis. His outside interests include golf.

Alona Lacefield is a new agent with the Jonesboro/Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A graduate of the Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate, she is a resident of Clayton County. Married to Eric Lacefield, she has two sons, Terrence, 10, and Khari, 4; and one daughter, Kai, 1.

She is a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and a charter member/coordinator of the African/American Breastfeeding Alliance.

Jackie Pratt and Samantha Pratt recently joined Homestar Mortgage Services as loan officers in the company's Fayetteville office.

Jackie Pratt has worked in the real estate lending field for the past 18 years, most recently as the branch manager for Synovus Mortgage Corp. in Peachtree City. While at Synovus, she received the Pacesetter Award for production excellence. She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors as well as the Mortgage Bankers Association.

A graduate of Fayette County High School, she has taken courses at Clayton State College and the University of Georgia. She resides in Fayetteville.

Samantha Pratt has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry and five years experience in mortgage lending, most recently as a loan officer at Synovus Mortgage Corp. Also a graduate of Fayette County High School, she resides in Riverdale.
