Highland Park Estates is located in Sharpsburg, just outside Fayette County at Fischer and Minix roads in Coweta County. It is a small subdivision but with a minimum of 1.6 acres per lot and some lots nearly 5 acres. Trademark Builders president and developer Dan Petry has created a wonderful atmosphere of turn-of-the-century "Southern style" homes with sidewalks meandering throughout the subdivision. Some of the homeowners enjoy their very own pond with geese, turtles and wildlife. There will be only 40 homes plus a park when the development is completed. There has been a tremendous response already this year with many homes begun. Sharpsburg offers the best of both Fayette and Coweta counties with easy accessability to shopping, recreation and I-85. Petry says that interest is increasing in Highland Park Estates at a rapid pace and if people are looking for that special custom home, now is the time to visit.
