Avery Park 2002 builders announced

Pathway Communities, now in its third year of development at Newnan's Avery Park, has unveiled the builder team and community plans for this year.

The Avery Park builder team includes Brayson Homes, Chadwick Homes, Kenny Johnson Homes, Lee Troutman Homes, Live Oak Construction, Morrison Homes, Patrick Malloy Communities, Prestigious Homes, Rossetti Quality Custom Homes, Ruttinger Builders, South Tree Enterprises and Steve Harris Homes.

Dan Camp, senior vice president and general manager at Pathway Communities, comments that both Pathway and the builder team will focus its energies this year on providing home buyers a community that is incomparable to anything in the Atlanta area.

"Avery Park's unique commercial Village Square at the community's entrance and a builder team that provides one of the region's most diverse product offerings and price ranges, really gives Avery Park an advantage," said Camp. "From traditional, to turn-of-the-century, to custom, Avery Park's 2002 builder team provides a variety of homes that will charm even the most discriminating buyer."

Avery Park's diverse collection of homes is coupled by it vast selection of amenities. Avery Park is more than 30 percent green space and open areas, which provides a tranquil environment. Other amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, a community lake, walking trails and community parks that create gathering places for residents throughout the community. Avery Park also offers a combination of high-speed Internet connections, structured wiring in every home, and an interactive community Intranet built exclusively for the residents of the community.

Priced from the high $120s to over $300,000. Avery Park is located on Highway 29 in Newnan. The Information Center is open daily 11 a.m.-5 p.m and Sundays 1-5 p.m. For more information, visit the Avery Park Web site at www.averypark.com, or call 770-252-9100.
