Fulton wants input on tax liens Fulton County citizens are invited to attend a public hearing to comment on whether the county should exclude certain properties from transfer of tax liens. The meeting is Wednesday, April 3, at 9 a.m. in the Government Center's Assembly Hall, 141 Pryor Street, S.W., Atlanta. Citizens can also participate in this hearing via video-conferencing from the South Fulton Service Center Auditorium, 5600 Stonewall Tell Road, College Park, or the North Service Center Auditorium, 7741 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs.
