Open house at Sable Chase tomorrow Colony Homes, one of Atlanta's largest homebuilders, announces the opening of its Village Collection model homes in Sable Chase tomorrow. Sable Chase is Colony Homes' first community in South Fulton. The two model homes on display are Andover and Lexington III, both from the Village Collection of Homes. These floor plans feature three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Including these two designs, homebuyers in Sable Chase Village will have a choice of four different two-story floor plans in a variety of configurations, featuring three bedrooms and two or two and one-half baths. All Village Homes feature: sodded front yards maintained by Homeowners Association; low maintenance exteriors; one or two car garages and Colony's 1-3-11 New Home Service Plan. Sable Chase Village Collection of unattached cluster homes features homes priced from the very low $100's. Upon completion, this phase of Sable Chase will have over 186 homes. In addition to a variety of floor plan choices, buyers can choose different facades, including brick or stone accents. A full array of interior options allows purchasers to personalize their new home with only the features that best meet their individual needs. That way the homeowner does not have to pay for unnecessary extras in the base price of the house.
