Guilty Pleas

The following people pled guilty recently in Fayette County Superior Court:

Steven Davis Brown, for theft by taking; sentenced to time served.

John Robert Davenport, criminal trespassing and underage possession of alcohol; sentenced to 12 months probation and a $750 fine.

Timothy Lloyd Grant III, for carrying a weapon on school property and possession of marijuana (less than one ounce); sentenced to four years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Terry L. White, for burglary and theft by taking; sentenced to five years in prison followed by one year probation and $4,734 restitution.

Michael Anthony Lorusso, for robbery by intimidation and theft by taking; sentenced to five years in prison followed by five years probation and $8,351 restitution.

Kenneth Dwayne Morgan, for burglary; sentenced to five years in prison.

John Weeks, for theft by deception; sentenced to five years probation, a $1,000 fine and $6,500 restitution.

Antonio Brooks, for theft by shoplifting; sentenced to three years in prison.

Victor Sean Rodriguez, for possession of a controlled substance, failure to keep drugs in their original container and underage possession of alcohol; sentenced to five years probation under the first offender act and a $1,250 fine.

Eric Wayne Butner, for possession of marijuana greater than one ounce; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Diane Wall Sauers, for acquisition of a controlled substance by misrepresentation or theft; sentenced to five years probation under the first offender act and a $1,000 fine.

Francisco Cabrera, for possession of a controlled substance; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Cornwall Elihu Kirkpatrick, for possession of cocaine, DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and failure to maintain lane; sentenced to 10 days in jail, five years probation (first year intensive probation) and a $2,000 fine.

Jerry L. Benton, for three counts of fraudulently obtaining a controlled substance; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Arnold Frederick Carroll, for two counts of entering an automobile; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,500 fine.

Belinda L. Foster, for theft by shoplifting; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Trudy Evette Raines, for theft by shoplifting; sentenced to five years in prison.

David Christopher Jackson, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute; sentenced to two years in prison and three years probation (first year intensive probation).

Derious Dannard Hinton, for theft by taking motor vehicle; sentenced to five years probation under the first offender act and a $1,000 fine.

Jesse Triplett Hartshorne IV, for forgery in the first degree; sentenced to three years in prison and two years probation.

James B. Bell, for criminal attempt to obtain a controlled substance by fraud; sentenced to two years in prison and two years probation.

Felipe Quintero Jacinto, for child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and aggravated sexual battery; sentenced to 10 years in prison.

Phillip Thomas Renfro, for theft by taking and loitering or prowling; sentenced to 12 months in prison.

William Vessell, for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana; sentenced to three years in prison.

Curtis Sidney, for deposit account fraud; sentenced to three years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Eleazar Juarez-Ramirez, for forgery in the second degree; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

James Curtis Johnson, for forgery in the first degree; sentenced to five years probation and a $1,000 fine.

Clayton Maxwell Martin, for two counts of theft by taking; sentenced to 12 months probation and a $1,000 fine.

Kenneth D. Morgan, for possession of cocaine; sentenced to five years in prison.
