Ulbrich expands health and aesthetic services

What does a leading gynecologist and obstetrician know about health and beauty concerns? A lot.

"One thing I have learned over the past 20 years in medicine is for someone to feel good about themselves it is essential they have not only a healthy body but a healthy self-image," said Dr. Peter Ulbrich, who recently announced the expansion of his medical facilities in Peachtree City to offer a "new dimension" in health care to the metro area.

The new facility will be called the Women's Health & Aesthetic Center, offering the ultimate in enhanced cosmetic skin care technology and artistry. "We will now be able to provide medically supervised and controlled permanent skin care rejuvenation and cosmetic enhancements for both men and women," said Ulbrich.

"We are excited about being able to offer medical advancements with state-of-the-art equipment to patients desiring advanced skin care renewal treatments," said aesthetic specialist Tammy Darby.

Patients can expect results after undergoing only a few treatments, which focus on skin problems such as acne scarring, excessive wrinkles, pigmentation problems, and skin damaged by the sun.

"Additionally, the new Megapeel System for microdermabrasion and multiple strengths in chemical peels are offered," said Darby. "Patients will experience virtually no discomfort or down time."

These breakthrough treatments have been developed to rejuvenate the superficial layers of skin, improving the patient's overall appearance.

Now available at the Women's Health & Aesthetic Center are "lite micro laser peels," a revolutionary new "resurfacing" procedure with only a three-day down time. These new micro laser peel results are similar to those experienced through CO2 laser peels that require a prolonged six-week recovery period, yet without all the hassle.

The Center also offers permanent laser hair reduction for both women and men. The procedure can be performed on almost any body area including the face, lip, back, legs and bikini line. Depending on hair and skin pigment and growth pattern, the average patient experiences almost complete "clearance" of unwanted hair growth after only four or five treatments.

To enhance these new procedures a full line of Glytone products, available only through physicians, will be featured at the Center. These products have been developed to offer a higher concentration of glycolic acids than over-the-counter brands. They will enhance results for healthier, softer and beautiful skin when used consistently.

Another dynamic dimension of services being added at the Center is the revolutionary method of permanent cosmetic makeup.

"These medically proven, safe procedures are not just designed for women that desire the freedom from daily makeup application," said Andrea Bolton, the Center's certified intradermal technician.

"These treatments offer permanent solutions to people with allergies or physical limitations who cannot use conventional makeup, such as burn survivors and those who desire nonsurgical corrective solutions to facial or skin flaws," added Dr. Ulbrich.

The most popular permanent cosmetic procedures available include permanent eyebrows, eye liner and lip liner/color. Other permanent cosmetic procedures include areola restoration, hairline enhancements, and scar, stretch mark and vitiligo camouflaging.

The Women's Health & Aesthetic Center treatments are performed by clinically licensed and experienced staff under exceptional clinical conditions. "New You Lasting Beauty" gift certificates are available for all services.
