Meeting will cover changes to PTC's development rules Potential changes to the city's development ordinances will be discussed by a joint workshop between the Peachtree City Planning Commission and the City Council. The workshop is scheduled for Monday at 7 p.m. at City Hall, which is the normal meeting time and place for the Planning Commission. Among the issues to be discussed are the amount of impervious surface permitted on commercial lots, stormwater management materials and building and site design requirements for the Ga. Highway 54 West corridor. A slate of committees has been studying these issues since the City Council passed its development moratorium Jan. 10. Last week, the moratorium was nullified by a Superior Court judge after a group representing local developers filed suit. John Munford
