Police Blotter The following arrests were reported by the Fayetteville Police Department for the past week: Joette Coleman, 30, for obstruction of a police officer, driving without proof of insurance and a red light violation. Algirdas Andrius Kemeza, 45, for DUI, driving without proof of insurance, failure to yield, possession of an open container of alcohol and littering on a highway. Glenn Parks Summerlin, 38, for one felony count of possession of cocaine. Harold Brian Hill, 24, for violation of probation. Olukemi Deann Oni, 18, for theft by shoplifting. Jarius Kenyon Minson, 29, for simple battery. Jamie Villasenor, 34, for failure to appear in court. David Crockett Clark, 45, for public drunkenness. Eric Bertran Hendrick, 31, for driving with a suspended license. Richard Walter Cooper Jr., 35, for possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. Gregory McLean, 45, for simple battery. Sonja Neshon Pappoe, 33, for theft by taking. Alfred Jerome Boykin, 43, for failure to appear in court.
