Local man arrested for robbing Blimpie at Fayette Pavilion A Fayette man has been arrested for the recent robbery of the Blimpie sandwich shop at the Fayette Pavilion. Scott Dean Charbonneau, 40, of Fayetteville, was arrested by the Fayetteville Police Department and charged with one felony count of robbery. According to the arrest warrant, Charbonneau entered the store Jan. 16 after 4:30 p.m. and ordered two employees to open the cash register and lie on the floor. He then took $331 in cash from the register and fled the area, the warrant states. According to the original incident report, the suspect left behind a green jacket as he fled the scene. No weapon was used during the incident, according to reports. John Munford
