Magnolia Park unveiled next week The Magnolia Park office complex in Fayetteville is ready for business. A grand opening and open house is scheduled for Thursday from 4:30-7:30 p.m. with free food, beverages, music, history contests and other activities. Visitors will be able to walk around the lake, tour the office and visit the new child care facility. City officials and Chamber of Commerce representatives are expected to be on hand, along with the developer of the site and other members of the community. Companies that have recently moved into Magnolia Park will also be recognized. Magnolia Park is on Ga. Highway 54 one half-mile west of Ga. Highway 85, at the point where the east and west lanes of Hwy. 54 merge. It is directly across the highway from the Villages at LaFayette Park multi-use development now under construction.
