Postal worker under investigation By JOHN
THOMPSON Officials at the U.S. Postal Service confirmed this week that an employee at the Senoia Post Office is under investigation. Postal service spokesman Michael Miles said Wednesday he could not reveal the details of the investigation until the Postal Investigation System completes its inquiry. But Miles did say the investigation focuses on "improprieties" of a current employee at the post office. The employee has been placed off duty until the investigation is completed, he added. Miles became aware of the investigation last Thursday, and said officials from the Postal Investigation System conducted interviews in Senoia this week. He expects the investigation to conclude late this week or early next week and will be able to release more details then, he added
