Commission eyes policies for capital plan By JOHN MUNFORD jmunford@TheCitizenNews.com Fayette County commissioners Thursday will consider adopting a set of policies and objectives to help in establishment of a five-year Capital Improvement Program. The policies are designed to ensure that the capital spending plan work in concert with the county's Comprehensive Growth Management Plan and with pertinent state and federal law. The county Planning and Zoning Commission last week approved the proposed policies and objectives.
