Lid is off new hat store Residents looking for stylish hats now have a new option in South Fulton County. Dodi Hats opens this Sunday at 4803 Old National Highway in College Park. Arlene Richards said she believes in only the best and has named the store after her son, Dodi. The idea of a hat store comes from Richards' love of wearing hats and people constantly urging her to open a store, she said. The store also sells matching accessories, such as pocketbooks for ladies, shoes, wigs and hair for weaving and braiding. For the gentleman, Richards carries colognes, cuff links and tie pins.
