'New' chamber sets first business forum

The first business forum of the "new" South Fulton Chamber of Commerce will be at 7:30 a.m. Feb. 14 at the Doubletree Club - Atlanta Airport North, 3400 Norman Berry Drive.

The program will feature Fulton County Commissioner William "Bill" Edwards, who will present his annual State of the County address to chamber members and guests.

Edwards will have a lively topic to cover as South Fulton's growth continues to gain the respect and attention of the rest of the metro Atlanta region.

He will also touch on a recovering economy, the challenges facing Atlanta's new mayor and the vision that Edwards has for his district.

Registration and networking begin at 7:30 a.m. followed by breakfast and the program at 8. The cost to Chamber members is $15 and $20 for nonmembers. Corporate tables of eight are $120.
