Tommie Benard Price, 34, for speeding and driving with a suspended license. Sherlean Michelle Tillman, 34, for criminal damage to property. Kenneth Dale Crittenden, 39, for simple battery (family violence). Danny Avery Crittenden, 42, for simple battery (family violence). Reevah S. Phillips, 23, for driving with a suspended license, driving without proof of insurance and failure to dim lights. Ben Edward Banks Jr., 21, for financial transaction card theft and financial transaction card fraud. Fredrick Alexander Yorke, 20, for theft by taking. Ricky Leander Chishom, 38, for failure to appear in court. Ronald Wayne Knowles, 36, for violation of probation. Melanie Traywick Jones, 28, for violation of probation. Bryan Heath Sigman, 18, for one felony count of obstruction of a police officer and misdemeanor counts of violation of the Georgia controlled substances act, interference with government property and criminal trespassing. Terry Lynn Eons, 42, for driving with a suspended license. Margarett Prather Russell, 42, for DUI and failure to maintain lane. Jamason Allan Halbig, 25, for passing a bad check. Akil Omari Lee, 18, for one felony count of violation of probation. Cornelius Marese Todd, 45, for violation of probation. Francis Dwayne Chang, 21, for violation of probation. Joseph T.
