Police Blotter

The following arrests were reported by the Fayetteville Police Department for the past week:

Eric Van Wertz, 28, for failure to appear in court.

Edward Holley, 17, for one felony count of violation of the Georgia controlled substances act and one count of driving with defective equipment.

Javier Patino, 18, for DUI, possession of an open container of alcohol and underage possession of alcohol.

Jose Soto, 20, for possession of an open container of alcohol and underage possession of alcohol.

Michael Johnson, 36, for battery.

Terrance Larue Moore, 20, for driving with a suspended license.

Jimmy Lee Rawey, 46, for interference with a police officer.

Andrette Syrell Bratton, 35, for deposit account fraud.

Walter Franks Jr., 60, for shoplifting.
