Leonel Mauricio Cedillo, 37, for simple battery. Erin Schwanitz, 37, for theft by taking and forgery in the first degree. Jeffery Timm Price, 33, for passing a bad check. Essie Valeria Williams, 40, for violation of probation. Christopher William Ziegler, 32, for failure to appear in court. Nick Charles Eckert, 39, for possession of marijuana.
