Wednesday, January 9, 2002 Home Source adds three Realtors Realtors Tom and Jo Ann Shell and Robin Cook have joined the full-time real estate professionals at The Home Source Realtors General Brokerage office in Peachtree City. Tom and Jo Ann Shell, known as "The Shell Team," specialize in Peachtree City as well as Fayette and Coweta counties. Jo Ann is an associate broker who holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS top five percent of Realtors nationwide) designations. She is a Phoenix Award recipient, representing 10 consecutive years of million-dollar production, and had more than $10 million in residential real estate closings during 2001. She has extensive experience with Fortune 500 corporate relocation clients. Tom earned his Realtor license in 2001 following a career of more than 30 years as a corporate executive with Delta Air Lines. He also holds the ABR designation. The Shells are 29-year residents of Peachtree City. Robin Cook brings more than a decade of local real estate experience. She also is an associate broker and holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. She is an Active Life Member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors' Million Dollar Club. She specializes in corporate, military and airline relocations. A native of south Atlanta, she has lived in Peachtree City for more than 20 years. All three are members of the Fayette County Board of Realtors.
