This section is referred to in Code Section 44-3-70 as the "Georgia Condominium Act." To access this material, go to the Georgia General Assembly's home page on the Web at www.legis.state.ga.us. Click on "legislation" and then go to "GA Code Search." Enter 44-3-70 and the appropriate code section will come up.
