Police Blotter Arrests
The following arrests were reported by the Fayette County Sheriff's Department for the past week through Friday, Dec. 21:
William Stripling, 56, for simple assault. Anthony Joseph Ernst, 24, for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, speeding and obstruction of a police officer. Joshua E. Freehling, 19, for credit card theft and forgery. Marcie Stephens, 28, for simple battery (family violence). Carmen Loran Lott, 29, for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and following too closely. Christopher Paul Hutchins, 26, for entering an automobile. Scottie Cox, 30, for violation of probation. Zachary Allan Peek, 17, for DUI, disorderly conduct, obstruction of a police officer and driving on the wrong side of the road. Walter Lee Bates, 39, for passing a bad check. Marshall Lewis Moss, 41, for violation of probation. Kevin K. Blackmore, 24, for violation of probation. Elton Antonio Burks, 20, for deposit account fraud. Shannon Robert Zaenglein, 29, for violation of probation. Cirio Rubew Arriola, 27, for driving without a tag, driving without insurance and driving without a license. Chris Kaupman, 27, for violation of parole. Andrea Hawkins, no age listed, for forgery in the first degree and obstruction of a police officer. Ellis Louis Smith, 39, for two counts of passing a bad check. Joseph McNeill, 22, for DUI and a stop sign violation.
