Red Cross classes in January

Registration is now open for American Red Cross training to be held in January at the South Metro Service Center, 1115 Mount Zion Road, Suite H, Morrow.

Adult, Infant & Child CPR Jan. 6 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. $60

Infant & Child CPR with First Aid Jan. 13 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. $60

Adult CPR with First Aid Jan. 19 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. $55

First Aid (without CPR) Jan. 22 6 - 10 p.m. $35

Introduction to Disaster Services Jan. 24 9 - 12 noon Free

Adult, Infant & Child CPR with First Aid Jan. 26 8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. $70

Adult CPR Jan. 31 6 - 10 p.m. $40

To register for these classes call the Red Cross customer sales line at 404-876-3602. Many classes fill quickly but names will be added to waiting lists when requested.

A free Introduction to Disaster Services class will be offered Jan. 24, 9 - 12 noon. This is a prerequisite for all Red Cross disaster courses.

The South Metro Service Center is always in need of volunteers. A free volunteer orientation class will be held Saturday, Jan. 12, 10 - 11 a.m. Call Terry Borella to register or the South Metro Service Center, 770-961-2552, for general information.
