Gregory Quillen, 36, of Stockbridge Dec. 3 for driving with a suspended license. Anthony Emory, 36, of Decatur Dec. 4 for driving with a suspended license, interfering with a police officer and speeding. Thomas Pappas, 21, of Newnan Dec. 5 for violation of probation. Adrian White, 37, of College Park Dec. 5 for theft by shoplifting. Prather Howard, 37, of Atlanta Dec. 5 for theft by shoplifting. Clive Wingar, 41, of Santa Rosa, Calif. Dec. 6 for DUI and driving without the use of headlights. Frederick Beasley, 31, of Peachtree City Dec. 6 for DUI and failure to maintain lane. Raymond Phelps, 27, of Haralson Dec. 6 for violation of probation. Richard Crouse, 46, of Norcross Dec. 6 for making an improper lane change and violation of probation. A juvenile Dec. 7 for theft by shoplifting and being an ungovernable child. Henry McElwaney, 50, of Senoia Dec. 8 for DUI, failure to maintain lane and disorderly conduct. Colleen Swartsenburg, 41, of Peachtree City Dec. 8 for entering an automobile and public drunkenness. Robert Lester, 21, of Peachtree City Dec. 9 for DUI and improper parking. Justin Moore, 20, of Peachtree City Dec. 9 for DUI, underage possession of alcohol, and failure to use headlights when required on a golf cart.
