Council to discuss tennis center expansion The Peachtree City Council will meet in called session today at 2 p.m. to discuss the expansion project at the Peachtree City Tennis Center. The workshop was originally planned as a meeting for incoming Mayor Steve Brown to get him up to speed on the project. But several sitting council members indicated they might want to attend also, so the decision was made to conduct a workshop during the meeting so the city wouldn't violate open meetings laws, said City Clerk Jane Miller.
