Amphitheater survey in: 99 percent plan to get tickets in 2002 By JOHN MUNFORD
The results of the annual survey of patrons at the Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater in Peachtree City are in. And judging by the numbers, the Summer Concert Series was a big hit again this year. More than 99 percent of patrons surveyed indicated they plan to purchase tickets for the 2002 concert series. The patrons also gave amphitheater staff a high approval rating of 99 percent. The top five acts requested by those surveyed include Chicago, Willie Nelson, Seals & Croft, REO Speedwagon and Peter, Paul and Mary. The top five acts requested for a return performance were The Righteous Brothers, Paul Anka, America, Air Supply and Little River Band. Amphitheater staff are also investigating the use of a new software program that would allow patrons to order tickets online via the Internet.
