Amphitheater survey in: 99 percent plan to get tickets in 2002 By JOHN MUNFORD jmunford@TheCitizenNews.com The results of the annual survey of patrons at the Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater in Peachtree City are in. And judging by the numbers, the Summer Concert Series was a big hit again this year. More than 99 percent of patrons surveyed indicated they plan to purchase tickets for the 2002 concert series. The patrons also gave amphitheater staff a high approval rating of 99 percent. The top five acts requested by those surveyed include Chicago, Willie Nelson, Seals & Croft, REO Speedwagon and Peter, Paul and Mary. The top five acts requested for a return performance were The Righteous Brothers, Paul Anka, America, Air Supply and Little River Band. Amphitheater staff are also investigating the use of a new software program that would allow patrons to order tickets online via the Internet. What do you think of this story?
