Samuel Anthony Morgan, 48, for driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without insurance, giving a false name to a police officer and driving with a suspended license. Emily John Ledford, 29, for simple battery (family violence). Christopher Jones Chrobon, 29, for simple battery (family violence). Edward Levi Metcalf, 27, for failure to appear in court. Felicia Juanette Allen, 27, for passing a bad check. Candice Sherea Bynum, 17, for shoplifting. Terry Wayne Bright, 42, for abandonment of a minor child.
