Bullard named in Coldwell rankings

Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty earned a prominent place in the second quarter rankings released by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation.

The company itself was listed at No. 49 in the nation in Gross Commission Income, while the Henry County office was No. 4 in Georgia in Listings Sold.

Three of the company's representatives Susan Clowdus of the Clowdus Team, Donna Tidwell of The HomeTeam, and Doug Crumbley from the Henry County office were among the top producers in Georgia in sales categories. In Closed Revenue Units, Mrs. Clowdus was No. 1 in the state, while Mrs. Tidwell was No. 2. The rankings in other categories were as follows:

Gross Commission Sales - Clowdus, No. 3; Tidwell, No. 8.

Buyer Controlled Sales - Clowdus, No. 5; Tidwell, No. 7.

Listings Sold - Clowdus, No. 2; Tidwell, No. 4; Crumbley, No. 7.
