Bob Adams Homes joins Monarch Village builder group

Four model homes planned for Henry County community

Pathway Communities, the developer of Monarch Village, a 440-acre master-planned community in fast-growing Henry County, is pleased to announce Bob Adams Homes has joined the community's select builder group.

Bob Adams Homes will be building homes priced from the $130s to $190s. All homes will feature the classic Bob Adams style, modern in design and architecture, with a no-hassle lifestyle approach, making them perfect for empty nesters or those desiring a low maintenance lifestyle. A majority of homes will be connected to Monarch's expansive green belt system.

According to Charles Biele, senior vice president and general manager at Pathway Communities, Bob Adams Homes will have four model homes, giving Monarch a total of 13 model homes. "The four models will give buyers a feel for Bob Adams' quality, variety of design styles and price ranges," said Biele.

For Bob Adams, president of Bob Adams Homes, making the decision to join the Monarch Village builder group was easy. "With its proximity to I-75, Hartsfield International Airport and downtown Atlanta, Monarch Village represents a great opportunity for our customers to have the lifestyle and amenities they look for in a Bob Adams home," said Adams.

A builder for over 20 years, Bob Adams Homes' commitment to excellence in home building is evident in its "Complete on Delivery Program," and use of name-brand products. The company's attention to such details earned them a national "Best in American Living" award.

Monarch Village features homes priced from the $100s to more than $300, and offers residents more than 125 acres of green space and natural areas, a 16-acre lake with boating facilities, a community clubhouse, a resort-style pool and water slide, eight lighted tennis courts and a variety of community parks and village gathering places.

The community will have a commercial Village Square featuring a variety of shops, offices and neighborhood services. An on-site elementary school is also proposed.

In addition, Monarch Village offers a unique technology program, including upgraded wiring for every home, the potential for ultra-fast Internet access and an interactive community Intranet.

To visit Monarch Village, take I-75 South to exit 228. Go right on Hwy. 138 and turn left on Speer Road, then left on Walt Stephens Road. For more information, call 770-506-4565 or visit www.monarch-village.com.
