Chadwick Homes finds success in custom home building

Since 1969, Chadwick Homes has been creating outstanding custom homes in Fayette and Coweta counties. Dennis Floyd, president of Chadwick Homes believes the key to custom home building is in the details.

"Our success lies in our extreme attention to every detail," said Floyd, a former Home Builder Association of Midwest Georgia Builder of the Year. "We make sure all of our custom homes are built precisely to each customer's specifications, from moldings to cabinets to flooring and everything in between."

Floyd believes being labeled a perfectionist is not a bad thing, particularly in the home building industry. The company's dedication to producing the very best, innovative custom living environments reflects Chadwick Homes' detail-oriented approach to the custom home building process. In order to build a true custom product, Chadwick Homes limits custom home construction to approximately 20 homes a year.

Floyd points out the company's ability to provide the custom experience in a variety of price ranges and locations is another unique feature. With homes from the $300s to over $2 million, Chadwick is currently building in the area's most successful master-planned communities The Peninsula and Kedron Hills in Peachtree City, and SummerGrove and Avery Park in Newnan.
