New real estate names and faces

Prudential Georgia Realty has added Sherry Blackmon to the professional real estate sales team in its Peachtree City office at 1971 Highway 54 West.

A native Georgian with an undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, Sherry specializes in residential real estate in Peachtree City and Fayette County. Professionally, she is a member of the local board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

When not in the office or showing homes, Sherry Blackmon lives in Fayetteville with her daughter. Actively involved in the community, she is active at her daughter's school and chairs a sub-committee for the Wood Creek Homeowners Association. Jean Campbell is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Campbell, who entered real estate in fall of 1998, has been a member of the Million Dollar Club and Agent of the Month. She has received training through Coldwell Banker University's FastStart program, and is is a member of the Newnan/Coweta County Board of Realtors.

Married to Hal Campbell, she has four grown children and 13 grandchildren.

A store owner and operator, she is a member of the Southern Crescent Quilters Guild and the Atlanta Sewing Guild, and she has been active in various charities.

Raquel Colvard is a new sales associate with the Clayton County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

A Clayton County resident, she received her training through the MLS Institute and Bullard College. She has a BS degree in business administration from Morris Brown College and is a candidate for a master of human resources degree from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She was previously employed by the Equifax Information Service Center and The Coca-Cola Company.

Colvard has one son, Julian, who is six years old. She is a member of Open Door Outreach Center Ministry in College Park, serving as finance administrator for the Youth of ODOC and assistant youth director of hospitality. She is also a member of the Pastor/Parent Association, the Parent Teacher Association of Clayton County, and the Morris Brown College Alumni Association.

Joseph C. Gaydosik comes to Re/Max Around Atlanta All-Stars in Fayetteville as a 10-year veteran of real estate. He has experience as a paralegal and was the senior mortgage loan officer with Delta Employees Credit Union.

He is a home marketing specialist in Fayette, Coweta and Henry counties. His service area is in resales.

A member of the Fayette Church of Christ, he and his wife Angie have one son, Nathan.

Cindy Hollomon has joined the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty as a sales associate.

Hollomon, who was the on-site agent at Overlook subdivision in McDonough while with her previous company, has been in real estate for four years. In the past, she also gained management experience with BellSouth, including serving as human resources benefits manager.

A Henry County resident, Hollomon is married to Charlie Hollomon. She has two stepdaughters, Kelly Crenshaw and Andrea Hurley, and one grandchold, Matthew Crenshaw.

She is a member of McDonough First United Methodist Church, and she enjoys tennis, volleyball, reading, and cross-stitching.

Sheila Jordan has joined Re/Max Around Atlanta All-Stars in Fayetteville.

She has been a full-time professional Realtor since 1990, specializing in the sales and marketing of new and existing homes throughout the south metro area including Fayette, Coweta, Henry and Clayton counties.

She is a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She also is the president of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia and a 1987 graduate of Leadership Fayette.

A native of the south metro area, Jordan grew up in Forest Park and has lived in the Fayette County area since 1987. She came to real estate after a long and successful career in media planning, marketing and public relations, and she continues to remain active in that field only through her real estate career but also as the co-owner of Jordan & Associates, a local marketing company that produces direct mail programs along with printing and design work.

She is married to Richard Jordan and is the mother of two daughters, Danna Minton Williams and Lindsey Jordan. She enjoys spending her spare time with her family, traveling, camping, remodeling and reading.

Jennifer L. Paine is a new agent with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Paine, who has seven years of experience working with builders and sub-contractors, received her real estate training through the MLS Institute, and she completed an ethics course through the Metro South Association of Realtors.

A resident of Henry County, she has two children, Lora Nicole, 7, and Charlie Richard, 5. She is a member of the board of the Callanwolde Fine Arts Center.
