Brayson agents win big

Four cooperating sales agents have each received a $2,500 travel award in "The Great Brayson Vacation Getaway" being offered in this year by Gwinnett-based Brayson Homes.

The recipients thus far in 2001 include the following:

* David Green of Premier Executive Homes, who sold one home at Carlton Chase in Gwinnett County and two homes at Fairmont on the Park in Gwinnett County.

* Kim Miller of Re/Max Professionals, who sold two homes at Fairmont on the Park in Gwinnett County and one home at Haverford Place in Gwinnett County.

* Pamela Frazier, who is now with Residential Brokers, and who sold two homes at Hillvale Commons in DeKalb County and one home at Millwood Farms in Gwinnett County.

* Carole Jones of Keller Williams Realty, who sold two homes at Hillvale Commons in DeKalb County and one at Miller Oaks in DeKalb County.

The company is presenting the travel award to the destination of the recipient's choice to cooperating agents who sell and close three Brayson homes during the 2001 calendar year. The offer is good for one year from the date of the award certificate.

This is the second year Brayson Homes has offered the travel award promotion.

"Over 50 percent of our annual sales come from cooperating Realtors, and we are conducting this promotion because we want to recognize and reward them for an outstanding effort," said Larry Kendall, vice president/sales and marketing for Brayson Homes. "The success of this promotion, which is expected to have a number of other winners, is a strong indication of how much our company depends on the local Realtor community."

Brayson Homes, founded in 1977, has primarily built in Gwinnett County, but in recent years, the company has also entered the DeKalb, Cobb, South Fulton and Coweta County markets. Over the years, the company has built and sold over 5,000 homes. In 2001, the company will build approximately 600 homes and expects to sell more than 700 homes.

Brayson Homes is one of only a few of the 13,000 builders in the more than 20-year history of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program to receive the prestigious Diamond Builder award for quality construction and customer service. The company, which is ranked No. 8 in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's latest listing of Atlanta's Top 25 Home Builders, has also earned awards in the prestigious Professionalism Competition sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Sales & Marketing Council.
