Wednesday, October 10, 2001 Local Assist 2 Sell firm ranked in top 10 Assist 2 Sell Buyer & Seller Realty Center in Newnan was recognized as one of the top 10 Assist 2 Sell franchise offices at this year's annual convention. Offices are ranked by total number of homes sold. There are currently 147 offices in the United States and Canada. Assist 2 Sell's marketing programs provide home sellers with all of the services of a traditional Realtor, including real estate color magazine and Internet advertising, showing homes, buyer prequalification, handling all of the paperwork plus overseeing and attending the closing. Sellers pay a $2,995 flat fee only after Assist 2 Sell is successful in selling their home, and can save thousands compared to paying a 6-percent commission. During the convention, attendees also attended classes featuring national real estate trainer Monica Reynolds, who taught about how integrating a team concept can help Assist 2 Sell offices sell more property and provide superior customer service. "The classes, along with networking with more than 100 of the most forward-thinking brokers in the nation, was invaluable," according to Gary Marshall, broker of the Realty Center in Newnan.
