Centennial now in development

John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods has successfully completed the annexation of 80 additional acres into Peachtree City to complete the land plan for Centennial, the newest Wieland neighborhood.

Centennial encompasses 180 acres and will host 350 homes of themed architecture, a clubhouse, a competition-size pool, tennis courts and a children's playground as well as several pocket parks, green space and access to Peachtree City's golf cart paths. Wieland is also donating 20 acres for an elementary school.

Centennial is planned to include a variety of neotraditional home styles including single-family homes and townhomes with prices starting below $200,000. Homebuyers are already signing up for the preferred purchasers reservation list and will have a porfolio of award-winning home plans from which to choose. Construction is scheduled to start this winter.

Centennial is conveniently located off MacDuff Parkway near the intersection of Ga. highways 54 and 74, and is in close proximity to nearby shopping at The Avenue and exceptional Peachtree City schools. For more information, contact Neighborhood Sales Manager Ruth Barnes at 770-461-0380.
